Cover the pot and return to a boil as quickly as possible. Boil for 3 minutes then remove from the pot with tongs and place on a baking sheet.

Cooking Lobster using Other Methods:

Oven-baked Lobster :

Preheat your oven at 425 degrees F before placing your lobster onto the baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the lobster’s shell is bright red.

Grilled Lobster :

If you have a charcoal grill, it is best to light it before cooking your lobster. Grill for about 8-10 minutes per side or until the lobster turns red all over.

Boiling Lobster:

Fill a large pot with saltwater and place over high heat until it boils. Add the live lobsters one at a time, making sure that the water covers each lobster. Boil for 3 minutes then remove from the pot with tongs and place on a baking sheet.
